Later, he took over Winterfell, lost it to the Boltons, and served as Ramsey’s favorite “toy”. He has terrible things done to him, and Theon has regretted ever betraying the Starks. Right now, he and his sister Yara entered an alliance with Daenerys Targaryen, which allowed Yara to rule as the Queen of the Iron Islands, provided they support her cause. All looked peaceful for Theon once again, until his Uncle made his move. Euron Greyjoy attacked their ship and destroyed most of Dany’s fleet. He even killed two of the Sand Snakes and imprisoned the rest. Further, he took Yara as a prisoner as well. Theon could help her, but he got too scared, partly because of the horrors he saw, and partly because of what Ramsey had done to him. He abandoned Yara Greyjoy and jumped ship. He was saved by a few surviving Greyjoy men, who knew that he had abandoned Yara. Now, they’re heading back to Dragonstone, to Daenerys Targaryen. In the next episode of Game of Thrones, Theon will finally arrive at Dragonstone. He will be a victim of beating by his own men, who will give him a very hard time for betraying his own sister, calling him spineless. It is well established that he was never liked by his own men. Not when he went back to Iron Islands, and not when he wanted to defend Winterfell against the Boltons. Now, it’s no different. They still don’t like the guy. If you thought Theon’s day will get better from there, you couldn’t be more wrong. Apparently, he will confront Jon Snow as well. The two will meet for the first time since Jon left for the wall back in Season 1. Theon and Jon weren’t too fond of each other. According to spoilers, Jon will be infuriated with Theon for what he did to Winterfell, a couple of seasons back. However, he will let him go, because of the fact that he helped save Jon’s sister, Sansa. Jon threatens him that he would’ve killed him right here had he not helped Sansa escape. How the two will progress from here on is largely unknown. I don’t expect Jon to stay angry with him forever. They probably will get talking sometime in the future, but I doubt that will happen anytime soon. For now, Theon’s bad time in the show will continue, and there is no salvation for the Greyjoy.
