Hellsing one of my all-time favorite anime series. Alucard is one of the deadly and bloodthirsty creatures that stalk the night, In other words, he’s a vampire and he is one of the most powerful ones of his kind. He is immortal, seems to enjoy allowing his enemies to rip his body into pieces… Yes you read that right. Only so that he can regenerate, again and again, He mocks his enemies and kills them cold-blooded without any hesitation.
9. Hiei – YuYu Hakusho
Hiei was one of the protagonist’s first opponents. He is a demon and is a very powerful and notorious one. He is a well-known criminal in the demon world and there have been rumors that he has been known to kill just for fun. Thus earning him the 9th position in the list.
8. Itachi Uchiha – Naruto
The only reason Itachi is on the list is that he killed his own parents and his own clan in cold-blood. But honestly he was pretty damn awesome as a brother.
7. Pride-Fullmetal Alchemist – Brotherhood
He shows no mercy even for his comrades.
6. Orochimaru – Naruto
Orochimaru is the antagonist of Naruto Anime and Manga. Orochimaru seeks immortality so that he might long life to accomplish his task. He even abducted kids to raise them as his experimental subjects. Thus earning him the 6th rank in the list.
5. Hercules Tres Iqus – Trinity Blood
He is a cyborg, a machine with the exception of his brain and brain stem. He’s always calm, showing rarely surprised looks. He has a strong intent to kill anyone without any regrets.
4. Vegeta – Dragon Ball Series
Vegeta is the prince of the fallen Saiyan race. He is egotistical and full of pride, Vegeta was once a ruthless, cold-blooded warrior and a mass murder but later on the series, he became the good guy! As a kid, Vegeta has proven himself as a ruthless killer, merciless like most Saiyans. Whoever he defeated in the anime, he killed them without mercy. Thus earning him the 4th rank in the list
3. Byakuya Kuchiki – Bleach
Byakuya Kuchiki is the 28th head of the Kuchiki Clan. and captain of the 6th Division in the Gotei 13. He is calm, even in battle. He is a very cold-blooded warrior, he kills his opponent without any hesitation. He considers anyone enemy who breaks the law of soul society. His sister was going to be executed and he showed no emotions at all.
2.Frieza – Dragon Ball Z
Frieza is the major antagonist in the Dragon Ball manga and Anime. He often tries to make his enemies suffer before he kills them. he actually displays a very calm, civilized, using very polite language rather than the more tough-talking style of most of the other villains. Despite all of these, he is quite cold-hearted. Thus earning him the 2nd position in the list
1.Light Yagami – Death Note
Light Yagami represents an evil genius character. He is a cold and manipulative strategist. He plans everything quite thoroughly and is always thinking several moves ahead of his enemy. Taking into account not only physical major events but also human psychological reactions as well. Aside from the intelligence and moral flexibility, he also has the ego of an evil genius. Thus earning him the 1st position in the list. The Fans and audience have no chance but to sympathize with Light.
