Van Helsing is an American fantasy horror drama television series. Kelly Overton, who plays the titular character on the show was inspired by Zenescope Entertainment’s graphic novel series Helsing. A commercial-free preview of the pilot aired on July 31, 2016, on Syfy. But the premiere was telecasted on September 23, 2016. In December 2019, Van Helsing was renewed for its fifth and final season. The show is currently airing its fifth season and has already entertained the fans with 3 episodes. Van Helsing Season 5 Episode 4 Release Date & Preview
After showcasing the past for three weeks, the show is finally coming back to the present in the new episode. Titled “State of the Union,” Episode 4 episode picks up in the present. In the new episode, Dracula, aka the Dark One, is enjoying the most powerful job in the world: President of the United States. Meanwhile, Jack (Nicole Munoz) managed to change the past and rob Dracula of some of her power. But, the demon is still a big threat with evil plans to destroy the world. On the other hand, Violet is being questioned for her attempted assassination of the faux POTUS in the finale of season 4. Also, now that we are discussing thwarted assassins, where’s Ivory? Van Helsing Season 5 Episode 3 – Recap
In season 5, episode 3, called ‘Lumina Intunecata,’ The Dracula has made its return from the dismal and dingy Dark Realm. He is there to prepare for the vampire hunter’s arrival. Jack tells her companions to make use of every weapon in sight, including Bathory’s mother’s scrolls (the Ouija board of summoning The Dark One) to fight against the demon. When Jack and Bathory draw out the pros and cons of using the scrolls, Count Dalibor comes to them asking for a place in the camp. Later, Dalibor kills Michaela as he pretends to be on their side. However, he then turns into a vampire by Dracula.
We see a fiesty feud happening between Dracula and the two heroes. The former tries to open the gate to the future. In between, Jack bites the devil to make it less powerful, but instead, the dark forces get into Jack’s soul. In the end, we see Jack going off on a voyage to America 500-600 years before the present time. Moreover, President Dracula touches her neck only for us to find out the teeth marks of a Van Helsing on it. To know what happens in the present and our heroes back in action, don’t forget to stream the new episode.
